Note: Original copies should be submitted once the ECQ is lifted and the school operation is back to normal. We will accept scanned copies or photos of the requirements listed above. Follow the Submission of Requirements guidelines.

SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

THRU EMAIL (using Laptop/Desktop/Smartphone)

Sign in to your email account.
Attach the form if you chose the “Download Form” option along with the supporting requirements.
Send it to hla.educ@gmail.com
Use the student’s complete name as the subject.
You will receive a confirmation once we have received your email.

THRU MESSENGER (using your Mobile Device)

Open Google Chrome which is installed in yout device.
Make sure that Desktop Site is checked in the settings. (Click on “See Images” button below to see how it looks like.)
Type facebook.com on the address bar and log in to your Facebook Account.
Message us in our official Facebook pages: @hlamarilao & @holylambacademyinc.
To attach the form and the requirements, click on the Add button on the lower left corner of your chatbox.
Choose the Image icon, then choose Files. Locate the form you have edited and saved as well as the supporting requirements and Send.
You will receive a notification once we received your message.

Early Bird Discounts

The discounted amount shall be based only on the Basic Tuition Fee.

Referral Fee Php 750 per head

Sibling Discounts

For parents who chose to entrust their children’s education with us, we provide sibling discounts up to the 4th child. All children must be enrolled at the same time. The discounted amount shall be based only on the Basic Tuition Fee.

Achiever's Discounts

The HLA Students who have achieved the highest honors deserve a discount. The discounted amount shall be based only on the Basic Tuition Fee.
